Jewel's Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Jewel’s Pumpkin Bread

Preheat oven to 350
Makes 2 large loaves or 4 smaller ones
Grease and flour pans
Bake for 1 hour

Blend
3 ½ c flour
3 c. sugar
2 t baking soda
1 t nutmeg
1 t salt
1 t cloves
1 t allspice
1 t cinnamon
1 c oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin puree
2/3 c. water
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

I usually make a triple batch. It is huge! It will make 4 large, 2 medium and 6 mini loaves, or 36 mini bundts. To triple the batch, use 2 big cans of pumpkin.

You could frost with a cream cheese frosting, but we like it plain with a little butter spread on it.
